SINOART was founded in 2005 as an export-oriented art supplies company, initially supported by invested partner factories specializing in easels and canvas products. In 2016, SINOART expanded its manufacturing network through a partnership with a brush factory, further strengthening its ability to support a broader range of art material programs. In 2026, SINOART deepened its manufacturing network again by entering into a closer strategic partnership with a professional artist paper products factory, further enhancing its category support for paper-based art products.

- 30,000 m² factory with around 120 skilled workers
